Powder Coatings

We offer a comprehensive selection of products with an extensive range of powders being held on stock. Non stock items and specials can be made within three days. These products are shown along with the corresponding RAL, BS 381C AND BS 4800 shade cards.

We also offer a full range of wet paints.

Pretreatment Equipment

We act as finishing consultants and have worked closely with many major plant suppliers to ensure the smooth transition of finishing plants from conception to installation.

Phosguard LW LCE
These are a range of Lightweight Iron Phosphate Processes that will phosphate and remove the oxide film created by laser cut edge operations.		 Phosguard NC 304
This is a chrome free treatment for aluminium which produces a dry in place coating which does not require post rinsing.		 Stripsol PS 024
A single pack organic based liquid process designed to strip paint and powder coatings form steel, zinc and aluminium substrates. This environmentally process is non toxic and has a long bath life.
